Dr. Eun Jung Lee’s work began with a desire to understand the human mind and give form to its innermost intentions.
She began by listening to the stories of developers, planners, and founders, organizing and structuring them to understand the intentions within, and translating them into narratives, metaphors, and visual forms. Color became one of the means through which human needs could be expressed.
Through structuring the thoughts of others, she began to understand how thought itself takes form. Through years of repeated practice, driven by a persistent will to go further, this capacity deepened and gradually extended to the structuring of her own thinking.
Through this inquiry, her work moved from the expression of the mind toward Creative Spirit, which she came to understand not as an abstraction, but as a generative principle that can be structured and extended into systems.
Her work now develops this inquiry through philosophy, cognitive architectures, and systems, exploring how human thought, judgment, and direction are formed and sustained, and how these structures can extend into organizational and AI contexts.
What is sensed can be structured.
What is structured can become direction.

Just as the automobile enabled people to travel farther and faster, I hope that SCOUTER-HI will one day help people understand themselves more quickly and more deeply.
Developing this device is one of my long-term research aspirations.

It is not a functional device and does not contain any working technology.
Rather, it is a physical mock-up created to visualize the future direction of the project.

Founded LEJLAB and completed a Ph.D. in Color Studies, expanding the work into human perception, cognition, and judgment.
2024 — Architecture & IP
Began translating research into intellectual property and structural systems.
2025 — Commercialization
Founded LEJ CREATIVITY to commercialize intellectual property and develop products and brands.
2026 — Integration
Began connecting philosophy, research, architecture, systems, business, and creative work into an ecosystem centered on human thought and direction.
Now
Building toward an ecosystem where human thought and direction can be structured and carried across AI and organizations.
